Stockholm Design week is always jam packed full of fantastic design, old and new, and this year was no exception. Here’s what really grabbed our attention at this years showcase.
New from HAY, the Results Chair designed by Friso Kramer and Wim Rietveld in 1958, was produced predominantly for schools in the 1960s and 1970s throughout the Netherlands, The Result Chair has a particularly strong relationship with Dutch residents as it was a daily part of their lives growing up.
The lastest edition to Secto Design is the Teelo Table Lamp, Designed by Seppo Koho. This beautiful light is made from Finnish Birch and is available in a natural finish or with a Walnut Veneer.
Louis Poulsen also Released we sizes and finishes to their classic PH Light series, which is now available in a Black Metallised and High Lustre Chrome Plated finish.
New Danish design brand, Made by Hand launched their debut collection including the Knit-Wit pendant lamp designed by Iskos-Berlin. The knitted material the lamp is made out of produces a lovely quality of light between the pattern of its yarn.
The Petite Machine lighting collection was created by Danish design duo, Studio Flemming Lindtholdt and is produced by Made by Hand.

These wonderful ‘Softboard’ Tables are made with Carrera Marble top and steel leg. Designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune and produced by Scandinavian design Brand David Design.
Anglepoise displayed the Type 75 table light in Seagrass, Saxon Blue and Yellow Ochre. These new colours were the result of a collaboration between Brititsh clothing designer Margaret Howell and the classic lighting brand.
The latest edition from the King of Chairs, Hans Wegner is the CH23 dining chair from Carl Hansen & Son
The new Footstool for the FH429 Signature Chair. This stool has been created by the Carl Hansen & Son design team to perfectly compliment the lounge chair originally designed by Frits Henningsen in 1954!
