In the Pirkka range, Finnish rustic forms and structural solutions are combined with the light furniture style of the 1950′s. Pirkka quickly became a hit and grew to be one of the most well-liked Finnish furniture ranges. The small pieces of furniture fit perfectly into the small post-war homes and summer cottages. The furniture, made of solid wood and assembled without screws, is also remarkably light.
