Tale Stool

Stackable stool.

The name, Tale, refers to the Finnish tradition of telling stories and tales by the fireplace. The wide stool works as a pleasant seat for this purpose. Tapiovaara had earlier used a similar base structure, as seen on the Tale stool, in a coffee table designed in 1937. For the table version, the triangular seat was replaced with a round top.
