Instantly recognisable, the classic Noguchi Coffee Table was designed by sculptor & designer Isamu Noguchi.
The Noguchi Coffee Table consists of a sturdy glass top which rests on two identical wooden elements. The clean sculptural look is not interrupted by any visible fixings and the top simply rests upon the wooden base. The glass top features a subtle inscription of designers signature.
Noguchi actually regarded this coffee table as his best piece of furniture design. Noguchi's biomorphic and organic forms can been seen throughout and he has elegantly translated them into a practical, yet stuffing piece of furniture. Although designed in over 6 decades ago in 1944, this coffee table still looks just as good as it did then! Ideal for use in a residential or commercial setting. The base is available in a maple, walnut or black ash finish.
