Francesco Rota

Interior and product designer Francesco Rota was born in 1966, in Milan. After graduating from Art Center College of Design in Switzerland, he established the Francesco Rota Design Office in Milan.
His major works include showroom design for Versus, John Richmond and L’Oreal.
Rota has a close working relationship with Oluce having designed their office, showroom and warehouse, he has also produced several lighting designs.
Francesco Rota has received several awards, including the International Audi Design Award ”Life in Motion” first prize, and two honorable mentions at the 19° Premio Compasso D’Oro 2001.
